Delivery Address & Signature
Please use a physical address (like your home or workplace) where someone can receive your parcel between 9am–5pm weekdays. This helps avoid missed deliveries.
Shipping & Tracking
We process orders as quickly as possible during business hours. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
We’ve partnered with most major NZ couriers to deliver your orders nationwide. If you have any delivery issues after dispatch, the courier will be your best point of contact.
